There are two exciting changes now live in Fathom, that make it even easier than ever to analyze open-ended data by segments: 

1. Persistent Segments

When you apply a segment and then change questions, the segment now persists. This makes it intuitive to explore responses across questions, for a particular demographic, behavioural or attitudinal segment.  

2. Saved Custom Segments

When you combine segment attributes (like demographics or closed-ended responses), you can now save those combinations as custom segments. This makes it easy to define and return to these key custom segments for analysis.
