Welcome Jennifer & Lisvet!

We are thrilled to introduce two fantastic new team members who have joined us at Fathom: Jennifer Cao, as Data Processing Program Manager and Lisvet Parra, as Data Processing Coordinator.

Jennifer Cao

Jennifer brings extensive market research experience to her role, with a strong background in consumer insights, public opinion, audience mapping, and message testing. She joins Fathom from her most recent role at Hill & Knowlton, where she excelled as the Manager of Intelligence and Technology, supporting clients across various industries.

Jennifer will oversee our data processing programs and the talented team that provides the critical human input in our AI-assisted qualitative coding. We’re excited to see her expertise and leadership in action!

Lisvet Parra

Lisvet, originally from the Dominican Republic, completed her studies at the University of British Columbia. She has a deep passion for research and data analysis, which has lead her to roles such as Junior Data Analyst at Avalanche Insights, Research Coordinator at UBC’s Planning and Institutional Research Office, and Voice of Guest Analyst at Lululemon. As Fathom’s Data Processing Coordinator, Lisvet will manage operations on weekends, ensuring our high standards are upheld around the clock. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, yoga, biking, and baking—perfect for recharging after a busy day.
