Summarization (Beta):

Customers can now auto-generate text-based summaries of themes identified by Fathom, making it delightfully easy to report on and action your open-ended insights.

Fathom summaries are reliable and accurate. The task of our summarization is to describe a high quality, theme already identified by Fathom - not to find that theme! And you can always verify the accuracy by reading the corresponding verbatim responses yourself!

You'll find the new Summarization feature when you click into any chart. Click 'generate summary,' and let us know what you think! 

Export Improvements:

Seamless upload and export is critical for our customers! We’ve made a number of improvements on this front:

• It is now possible choose to export all the coded-data associated with a project, or to select a single question for export.

• Customers can include metadata in their export file, to integrate seamlessly back into other file

• We’re working on SPSS solutions - if you would like to be kept up to date on SPSS releases, let us know!

Dashboard clarity:

Ensuring that the analysis of themes and insights in your open-ended customer feedback and survey data is a delightful and strategic experience is core to Fathom’s design. This release’s ease of use improvements include:

• Survey name is now displayed in each analysis dashboard

• It’s now possible to toggle between % and #count in all chart

• Renaming themes to align with your strategy or context is now simple

The Fathom team has also been busy on backend development.
