About the Contract Work

This is a part-time, task-based role working with Fathom’s AI platform to apply qualitative code frames to customer data.  Hours are flexible, training is provided, and work is remote!

About You

You have a flexible schedule and value the opportunity to add 10-25 hours of task-based work per week. You are super detail oriented, a self-starter who takes pride in doing excellent work, and you are able to execute well independently and remotely. You love data (especially open-ended data), and enjoy working with technology and software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and revise qualitative codes in open-ended research data using AI system

• Use Fathom software to review AI generated themes found in open-ended data

• Apply, reject or revise those themes 

• Use proprietary analysis tools to find and apply additional themes 

• Build out a comprehensive code frame

Qualifications

• Preference for some experience in research, text analysis, or other relevant

• Excellent reading and comprehension skills in English 

• Meticulous attention to detail 

• Ability to commit 10-25 hours per week to coding 

Compensation

Pay is $22/hour + with flexibility to work between 10-25 hours per week. Apply from anywhere in Canada. No set hours, you set your schedule. Weekday, evening and weekend hours are available - current hiring preference is for daytime availability Monday-Friday and weekend availability.
